One body is not every body

The textbook 28-day cycle does not describe most people. Lambi has six clinical modules; turning one on changes what you can track and how predictions behave. They are tracking tools — Lambi does not diagnose anything.

Clinical modules

Perimenopause

Tracking that expects variability instead of fighting it. Adds hot flashes, brain fog and sleep quality, and stops pretending it can predict a date it cannot. This is the phase most cycle apps abandon their users in — cycles get irregular, the app keeps insisting on a 28-day rhythm, and the person is told their body is wrong.

PCOS

Tuned for irregular cycles rather than treating irregularity as an error. Adds skin and energy tracking and post-meal fatigue.

Endometriosis

Richer pain tracking built for the appointment you are going to: pain scale and location, intimacy discomfort, cyclic digestive symptoms, and an expanded report to bring with you.

PMDD

Prospective symptom tracking with an expanded mood scale, building a two-cycle baseline — because what a clinician needs is a record kept forward in time, not a memory reconstructed backwards.

Fertility tracking

Fertile-window view, basal temperature, cervical mucus, ovulation reminders. For people trying to conceive who want the detail.

IVF and IUI

A treatment diary, and deliberately nothing more. During treatment Lambi makes no inferences and no predictions at all. Your clinic is running the cycle; an app guessing alongside them would only add noise and anxiety.

How we keep the words safe

Health copy can harm in two directions: by claiming more than it should, and by carrying stigma. Both are checked by machine, on every test run, in every language — not by someone remembering to look.

It cannot claim to diagnose

A scanner rejects diagnostic framing — phrasings like "this indicates" or "symptoms of" — and any contraceptive-efficacy claim, across every user-facing string and the AI's own output. A release carrying one does not build. Lambi is not a medical device and does not prevent pregnancy.

It cannot carry stigma

A second scanner rejects stigmatizing terminology — the vocabulary of impurity and shame that attaches to menstruation in many places. That word list is grounded in published WHO and UNICEF guidance on menstrual health and hygiene. The scanner's other categories, covering unsubstantiated wellness claims and exclusionary phrasing, are our own operationalization in the spirit of WHO health-equity principles, not a literal WHO code.

Be told when it opens

One email when Lambi is available. Nothing else, and you can leave at any time.
